My favourite time of year

My favorite time of year is the Easter Holidays.

There's something special about Easter. My friend Conor says it is a dress rehearsal for the holidays in summer. For me it's like a feeling of hope. The days are growing longer and it's usually a bit warmer. Plants are growing again and nature seems to have woken up from its winter sleep. Everyone seems more cheerful. My family comes over and the children play games in the garden for Easter eggs.
