Giving a presentation

This is About a Presentation When I Thought I Wouldn't Be Good Enough & Been ask to Come Back to Give Another the Follow Year.

 

When I was asked to give a presentation in Trinity College Dublin in 2004, I couldn’t believe it! I said to myself I’m giving a presentation to 4th year students on their final year in one of the biggest college in Dublin before their start their careers as Speech Therapist! When I got a letter from Trinity College to give the presentation about “People With Disabilities” to the students, I couldn’t believe it but I felt very proud that they asked me, I keep on saying to myself, can I do this! Then I was having second thoughts about doing it but I worked on the presentation on my computer & I put a lot of hard work in to it. I was looking around that room saying to myself, my God, they are here for me to listen and to hear what I had to say, I also said to myself, I’m so happy that I didn’t back out of taking this opportunity to do this, that I wouldn’t get another change to do something like this, little did I know that they would ask me back the following year which was 2005!

When I got a 2nd letter from Trinity College in January 2005 to do another presentation again this year for the 4th year students, I was shocked that I had another opportunity to do it this year but I was delighted & I couldn’t believe that I was asked again! I said to myself - the last year students much have enjoyed my presentation and told the 3rd years that the presentation was very enjoyable! The 4th years must jave got a lot from it because the feed back that I got back from them was great and even though it was only a few mouths when they would be doing their final exams! When I went back to do the 2nd presentation on the 16th of February and I was very happy & proud.
