Welcome
A story with me in it.ie is a new website developed by the National Adult Literacy Agency where people can contribute, showcase and read each other’s stories.
Based on the RTE TV series ‘A story with me in it’ that teamed up Irish authors with adults who have struggled with writing throughout their lives, our aim is to promote literacy and encourage people to write a story.
While not a competition, outstanding stories, or those with the highest recommendations get promoted on the home page. This website is specifically aimed at emergent writers and so far we have received over 70 stories, mainly from literacy students around the country.
So why not have a look around the site, read some stories or send us your own story for other people to read.
